Old power plants are something every single game based on a post-apocalyptic or modern setting does need. And I'm not saying this only because of this pack, but well-built they can be used to create really immersive scenes and experiences! If you have been to the infamous rabbit island of Okunoshima, you might recognize this old abandoned power plant.

This asset pack includes 65 modular building pieces and 5 decals to create a variation in your environments. Scene shown in screenshots is included.

Included are assets such as walls, windows, stairs, doors, pillars, rubble, decals and ceiling structure. Multiple variants are included to create more varied scenes. Wall assets utilize texture which you can change to your preferred one since they have been created even texture modularity in mind.

Assets are in a real-world scale and have created with dimensions to mirror real-world buildings as accurately as possible. All the assets have PBR materials. Weighed normals are utilized to give uniform look and smooth edges for all the assets. Textures come in a packed form, reducing the file size when distributing your game. The models, in general, are relatively low poly and each one of them comes with 4 LODs, so these assets are suitable also for mobile as well as for PC / Console environments.
