This 'PBR' Stylized City Town Pack contains everything you need to start creating your own epic city environments. The pack contains modular building assets making it extremely easy to use and create your own cities quickly and efficiently. The pack comes with a large example scene showing different building designs, asset layouts in both a high-rise cityscape and a more urban environment.
NOTE: Stylized PBR is a stylized art style with added roughness and metallic physically based rendering properties. The AO, Roughness and Metallic maps have been packed into the RGB of a single texture. All assets have been sculpted and crafted in detail to ensure a unique art style. We have tried to get a unique style influenced by some of the latest stylized games. We will continue to produce the same style throughout all our future packs.
