I've included high poly and low poly version of some meshes for better optimization (your choice depending from your game).
High poly models could have a lot of tris for a videogame prop, so use them wisely (maybe, in case of eating animation or inventory 3D close up).
Low poly are good for environment dressing.
Anyway, all of them have LODS to set in base of your necessities.
Models are divided in sets which share the same UVs structure; this enhance the variation possibilities.
Pig and animal carcass models are rigged and their physical assets have physic for better realism.
